That's what Orley did when she petitioned the court..ask that they be verified and CoP therefore be established. It's just a matter of time. No judge would turn such a request down.

I posted the CURRENT applicable statute only to establish that is states clearly that if you’re born in the United States you are a citizen at birth.
Other parts of the statute have changed, yes, but they are not why I posted the statute.
The point is that because “natural born citizen” is never defined, we have to think about what it meant. No reputatable lawyer today believes that two parents are needed for a child born in the U.S.
And the statute itself tells us plainly.
After all, are you going to sit there and tell me that a citizen at birth is not a natural born citizen???? Of course not. That would be absurd. “Natural born” means BORN. Citizen at birth means BORN in the U.S. Citizen at birth = Natural born citizen.
The Supreme Court uses those terms interchangeably.
True, it has never ruled explicitly on the question, but you and I will be long dead before it ever does, if it does.

I wanted to ensure that I quoted WND precisely. Per that statement, they should have the ability to post photos of the comparison birth certificates to help shore up the authenticity case. The fact that they haven't doesn't look good to me. It's almost as if they're asking to have their bluff called. Not a smart thing to do, if you don't have the goods.
Now, in all fairness, it's not really the responsibility of this one website to provide the needed comparison data we need. Yes, we need it, but it can come from anyone who happens to have a Kenyan CCRB. There have to be hundreds of thousands of them floating around. Someone just needs to step forward with one.

The threads only get long with me when people want to converse with me about all sorts of other things that they like to talk about... otherwise, I would simply stick to the birth certificate... :-)
