It won't work in this case. Look at how the text follows the countours of the paper - for example, the "m" in "Simon" and the "R" in "Registrar" in "I, Joshua Simon Oduya, Deputy Registrar..." That, and all the other contouring, would be extremely difficult to fake accurately.

It is a picture of a real piece of paper with real print. The question is, Is the paper document authentic?
