If you can prove he was born in Kenya- is he a natural born citizen because he had one US citizen parent and he was a US citizen due to the out of wedlock birth???
You don’t even have to get that far because he will be decimated and his Presidency ruined ... At least I dream of it...
And if he was born in Kenya, then it is likely that Ann had a tribal marriage and that would mean - NO US CITIZENSHIP under the law at that time..if you can prove they were married in Kenya in a tribal marriage - probably hard to do.

If he was born in Kenya then he is not a U.S. citizen because his mother was under 18 years old. Age of the mother is clearly stated in the law.
Wouldn't have been out of wedlock in Kenya. But if it wasn't he'd be a citizen, by statute, but not probably not a natural born one. A court would have to decide, very likely the Supreme Court.
I would say that most of the arguments for person's born outside the US to be NBCs, require two citizen parents, or in some cases, a citizen father.
Well only a tribal marriage could hold any weight. Supposedly he was already married to another woman so either he was a bigamist (US law) or a polygamist (foreign law).
