That must be your special word for people that have practiced law for 25 years, are admitted to the Federal bar, as well as the bar in three states. Thanks I'll remember it.
And again, you make unsubstantiated claims, as in this claim...
"(and legally American too, until making some legal use of the Indonesian citizenship, which abrogates the American citizenship)."You need to read Title 8, § 1481, and get back to me. Of course, you're probably too busy lobbing insults at people rather than educating yourself about very remedial legal matters. There are hundreds of thousands of Americans with TWO passports that haven't "abrogated" (a term that appears NO where in the US Code with respect to citizenship status) their US citizenship.
It is difficult to renounce your US citizenship as an adult, and is virtually impossible to renounce it as a minor-child. Don't take my word for it. Here's the relevant statutes and judicial findings...
Tomoya Kawakita v. United States
"Occidental is the issue because if he went in as Barry Soetoro he used his Indonesian citizenship over American citizenship as an adult not a minor child."
That's an interesting argument. I look forward to reading your supporting case law, statute and precedent on the matter, not to mention a legitimate news source where this allegation that can be found.
N00b refers to your sign up date at FR, n00b. And I could claim to be Karl Rove if I wanted to on the Internet. Your posting history will tell all one needs to know about you at FR, eventually. Have a pleasant evening
Insults hurled at those who disagree with him are pretty much all he brings to the party. It really doesn't even matter what the topic is, that's his M.O..
I'm hoping that if we ignore him, he'll go away.
