[Barrack Hussein Obama’s record in the Illinois senate:]
- Opposed the Defense of Marriage Act; would work to repeal it in the U.S. Senate; would not vote for any legislation that would restrict the ability of gays and lesbians to marry.
- Opposed the Born Alive Infant Protection Act four times in Illinois. A similar bill passed the U.S. Senate 98-0. The Born Alive bill would have prohibited a baby from being born alive but left to die according to the mother’s wishes. Obama inexplicably opposed this bill not once, twice, or three times, but four times.
- Obama took almost $90,000 in bundled contributions from the Council for a Livable World. The council is a well-known anti-defense organization.
- Obama puts rigid ideology before what’s best for the people of Illinois, and presumably he would do that as President as well. He has on several occasions made public his opposition to the NAFTA trade agreement and his belief that it must be negotiated. All the while thanks to NAFTA, Illinois exports $1.3 billion in agricultural goods to Canada.
- Obama refused to vote for a bill in the Illinois State Senate that would have increased penalties for drug traffickers.
- Obama voted against a bill that would have delivered the death penalty to gang members who murder first responders.
- Finally, just in case you thought it couldn’t get any worse, Obama was the only member of the Illinois State Senate to vote against a bill that prohibited early release for sexual predators.
Can’t kill the innocent fast enough, can’t free the guilty soon enough!

10. Sends essentially surrender-themed video to Iran
11. Plans within months to give a speech in a muslim capital.
12. Plans to free GITMO detainees on our streets WITH WELFARE ASSISTANCE!!!
13. Seeks to add a significant number of muslims to high-level governmental positions.
14. Plans to hire Harold Koh, who believes sharia law should apply to disputes in U.S. courts.
15. Bows instinctively like a “good muslim” to Saudi King Abdullah.
16. Says the U.S. is not, “nor will ever be” at war with islam.
17. Sells out the USA as arrogant toward muslims during the (formerly named) War on Terror.
18. Visited a mosque in Turkey, but refused to visit the U.S. military cemetery in Normandy
19. He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and the “terror attack” on 9/11.
20. Directs that all civil charges against Iran filed by former U.S. Embassy hostages halted.
21. Demands covering of the IHS symbol at the church at Georgetown University, while in his presence
22. Authorizes $20m to resettle HAMAS supporters in America.
23. Refuses to host a National Prayer Day event in the White House.
24. In an interview with Laura Haim on Canal Plus, a French television station, Mr. Obama noted that the United States also could be considered as “one of the largest Muslim countries in the world.”
25. Crows to the world about his special ties to islam... a subject considered verboten during the 2008 campaign.
26. Special rights of protection to “American muslims” as promulgated by the Attorney General.
27. Acquiesces to the current Iranian government, stating they have a “right to have nuclear power.”
28. Stabs Brit government in the back by secretly handing off 7 Uighur terrorists to Bermuda.
29. Issues directive giving Miranda rights to all terror suspects captured on the battlefield
30. Passes on rare opportunity to give moral support to pro-west, pro-democracy protesters in Iran, instead mumbling some pabulum about “not wanting to meddle.”
31. Once again, after having been rebuffed in the past, seeks out “dialogue” with the Taliban, who have clearly stated they want no dialogue with us.
32. Promulgates the statement that victory is not an objective in Afghanistan.
33. Won’t chastise the Palestinians for refusing to recognize the existence of Israel, but demands the Israelis stop building neighborhoods in Jerusalem.
34. Reestablishes diplomatic relations with Syria with no attempt to resolve what caused them to be severed in the first place, i.e., accountability for the murder of former Lebanese PM Rafik Hariri.
