Maybe not. Maybe the state bar and the American public don’t mind either.
Then there’s no reason to keep things secret, especially for someone whose selling points included his “compelling biography.”
Again, I can’t claim to know the answer. I’m just raising issues and asking questions - ones that I am sure would be asked by the opposition and the media if, say, Sarah Palin made a statement on her college application that was arguably untrue, or which conflicted directly with a legally significant fact regarding her biography.
