These are things that came up during the campaign, and I remember seeing the actual form from the Illinois Bar website for Obama. Everyone else was fixated on the fact that he didn’t admit to a bunch of traffic tickets, or some such thing, but the thing that caught my eye was the “NONE” under other names or aliases. I have tried to search for the document on the web, but have not found it. I did find this:
