That's not the point. The point is that "safe sex with condoms" has been taught to the past 3 generations as a way to have sex without consequences like STDs or unwanted pregnancies -- and also to support acceptance of gay sex. But if these findings stand up to scrutiny, he is finding that, statistically, forms of sex other than PVI are not as satisfying. And the only way to achieve that highest level of satisfaction in safety is the old-fashioned way: avoiding sex with multiple partners and sticking with one opposite-sex partner. It's the politically incorrect conclusion.
