We know that Barrack has at least two Long Form BC’s that were in his possession before the fake passport posted on Fact Check.
Barrack had one for his first passport, as required by the State Department (See above) and for admissions into the several colleges he attended. He would have presented them for loans and identification.
He has another that he found among his mother’s belonging when she passed away in 1995. Mom’s are weird about things like that and I can assure you it is the long form Birth Certificate we are demanding.
Barrack would have been more honest to post those, rather than create a new form that has limited information and cannot be used to ascertain his birth place, parentage or identity.
In the end, however, Barrack has admitted that he was born with dual citizenship or an incomplete citizenship. He “may” be a Citizen of the US but, under Section 2 of the Constitution Barrack must be a “Natural Born Citizen”.
He fails to qualify for Natural Born status and that status is clarified in the 14th amendment Section 1. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Barrack was born to father who was a citizen of another country, who was SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION of Kenya. Barrack Sr. could not confer Natural Born status to him making Barrack’s citizenship incomplete and therefore NOT Natural as require by the Constitution.
There are other issues but there in Barracks own words are the disqualifiers.
