Without getting into the abortion question, this was the money statement for me.
Does this mean that EVEN THE LEFT anticipates the death of private insurance, and the Right's fears of a slippery slope to single-payer are well founded? Why doesn't the left just admit it is?
Wrong title.
It’s not ALLOW.
It’s REQUIRE. Any insurance plan that didn’t require coverage of abortions wouldn’t be allowed to exist, effectively, after this bill goes into effect.
I understand that, but I’m not trying to get into the question of abortion.
My point is that although they mock our fears of a slippery slope to single-payer; they themselves anticipate that this “exchange” and “public option” are exactly that?
Makes you want to shout at them,
“are you THAT stupid, or are you THAT dishonest?!”
They either are too stupid to see what the results of such a system would be,
or they know, and are blatantly trying to lie about it.
are you THAT stupid, or are you THAT dishonest?!
(Assuming you’re talking about the dems pushing this)They ARE that stupid; they ARE that dishonest; and come January 2013, God willing, they WILL BE unemployed.
