Of course when FReepers say “Justice” they mean the real thing. But its obvious that Sotomayor and her ilk mean something evil and noxious when they think of Justice.

I would therefore far rather have a Judge who acted according to the Law, than according to his/her own sense of Justice.

Justice is up to the legislators - the people who create Law. Their sense of Justice is at least somewhat accountable to the People.

But a Judge should only apply the Law.
