Sarah Palin resigned more than a week ago but a state watchdog agency and the courts are still sorting out issues left over from her time as governor.
In one lingering issue, the Alaska Public Offices Commission has refused Palin's request to keep secret the discounts that come from her husband's Arctic Cat sponsorship. APOC also said Palin needs to disclose all the gifts she received last year, rejecting her interpretation that she doesn't need to until after she gets around to actually opening the gifts.

Sadly, she did the right thing in resigning if nothing else but save the Alaskan taxpayer. It may or may not be the best for the nation. Sarah, rox!
The Anchorage Daily News is no different then many newspapers. They no longer report news, instead providing Leftist agenda pieces thinly disguised as news.
She have a new Twitter ID?
To be announced...
“Todd Palin is entitled to discounts on purchases (as he has received the last 16 years as an Iron Dog racer.)” - this guy has been receiving these benefits for 16 friggin’ years - I believe that’s before Sarah had any THOUGHT of public office - and suddenly it’s a big deal. No wonder hardly anyone (except crooks) wants to run for public office!
And if the benefits a government official’s spouse receives are fair game, let’s have a look at Clinton’s speaking fees, shall we, as well as Michelle’s phenomenal increase in salary once hubby got into politcs, how much Daschle’s wife was pulling down lobbying for airlines, and, while we’re at it, let’s take a look at Mr. Pelosi’s finances.
On the other hand, Sarah really should open her mail ... it’s not a great PR move to admit you haven’t even opened your mail from a year ago when you’re running as a populist.
