How hard was it to understand what he meant...do these people who are having their emails forwarded know that they are part of the National Archives and do they get a chance to correct it.

Obama is the one hatching a nefarious plot.

Did anyone recognize the voice of the reporter who asked the question?

The correct response is to crash their servers with people signing up for Obummer’s Enemies List.

I did. It would be an honor to be an official enemy.

From listening to a converation between Cavuto and Major Garrett it sounded like Major asked the question - at the end Cavuto asked Major if he still had a White House Pass.

"Did anyone recognize the voice of the reporter who asked the question?"

No, but you won't be hearing it at the WH press briefings again.

See You in the Database   [Jonah Goldberg]

From Byron's piece this morning:

"So the White House, whether by design or accident, has requested information from the public that will become 'records' under the Presidential Records Act, yet would be impermissible for any government to otherwise collect under the Privacy Act," writes one Judiciary Committee source.  "Where were the lawyers in all of this?  What is their legal basis for authorizing the collection of these records?"

Cuffy has the right graphic.
