Obama's most infamous legislation was labeled with misleading title of The Food Safety Act. The CODEX requirements mandated by the UN were embodied into HR 2749. This legislation passed in July, 2009.

The father of the act was Henry Waxman and the mother was Nasty Pelosi. The act was powered by millions in campaign contributions from Monsanto Corporation. In other words, the act reeks of bribery and corruption.

I urge you to do your own research on HR 2749. Among other things, it outlaws all natural and organic food. It mandates food crops grown in the U.S. to be grown in a 'sterile environment' free of everything but Monsanto's genetically modified seeds. The act reeks of totalitarian control of all American food production. It will also outlaw all organic and natural food stores in the U.S. In the state of Oregon, this was the only bright spot in our recession-raped economy. Passage of the act will throw thousands more out of work.

Basic Google Search for HR 2749

Time is very short: The act will go to the U.S. Senate immediately after the August recess !

You know what to do in the meantime. If you do not take action right away, Obama has promised to sign the act into law immediately.

The Government is already belligerent toward natural health products. The CODEX will be far worse.

Politicians want us to go to them for our government-approved and government-provided food, water and medicine.

Unfortunatel, that is not paranoia.

“Codex will lead to the required irradiation of all foods with the exception of those grown locally and sold raw.”

That’s the one good thing I could find in the entire article except the allowing the use of most pesticides.

I flat won’t buy or eat organic grown food!

Talk about calling good evil and evil good !!!

‘Organic food governance will be dumbed down to suit the interests of large food producers. Various synthetic chemical additives and processing aids will be allowed, and food labeled as organic may be irradiated. Labeling will permit the use of hidden, non-organic ingredients.’

= = = = = = = = = = =

[Quix has been saying they want to reduce the world populatin from 7 billion to 200 million]

QUIX, HERE’S A CONFIRMATION OF WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN SAYING ABOUT POPULATION REDUCTION:

‘Codex is legalized genocide — Dr. Gregory Damato, Ph.D., writing for Natural News, has characterized Codex as “population control for money”. He sees Codex as run by the U.S. and controlled by the big pharmaceutical corporations and the likes of Monsanto with the purpose of reducing the population of the world to a level considered sustainable by those promulgating the New World Order. This would mean a reduction of approximately 93 percent of the current world population.’

I neither like nor trust Waxman. I would be hard-pressed to think of anything good he has done for this country since he took office. His support of a bill like this does more than concern me...

That said - I read through the entire article and followed each link and some of the links at those sites as well. This article is honestly only reasonably well-written.

Some parts of it are fairly well researched and sourced, while other parts of it are disconcertingly vague, bereft of scientific specifics, and phrased in a way as to incite/ create alarm from calm-sounding but half-empty words.

If those scholarly aspects of the story were held to a higher and more uniform standard, citing facts and specifics again and again, in an absolutely hard-hitting manner, I would willingly suspend a lot more of my sense of reservation.

As it is, a lot of the language used in the measure as now written is what is popularly called “boilerplate” language - meaning that a lot of it is empty language with no history of being fully enacted or enforced.

Candidly speaking, however, that is not especially comforting given the general direction of policies and practices under the current administration, and there are far too many “Czars” who are unaccountable to anyone other than their master, the President, who is further left than they are.

What is comforting is knowing that we Americans have freedom and risk taking almost “imbedded” into our DNA. We have a history of being able to do what we reasonably want to in pursuing happiness, and a history of not tolerating infringements thereof...

We have a history as a people of mistrusting leadership with too much power, a history of awakening from complacency and mobilizing into powerful and terrible action, and the world has borne witness to this.

We can do almost anything we set our minds and hearts to, and the extent of our distrust of our current leaders and their imperious policies and their arrogant, dismissive ways, and now their orchestrated, thuggish tactics -

has motivated us to the point where the private ownership of firearms has reached an all-time high in this country, and so too has the volume of our ammunition stockpiles and the percentage of home reloading equipment and supplies in the hands of private citizens.

The Second Amendment is the safety valve, or the “reset” button...or whatever metaphor you may find to be most evocative and accurate.

And “We, the People” have had just about enough of the Washington DC crapstream.

Yet, according to the projections based on figures from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), a minimum of 3 billion people will die from the Codex mandated vitamin and mineral guideline alone.

LOL, time to take your meds.

To all the dopes and naysayers. The Codex has to come into play here, it’s the other side of the coin to Government Healthcare. When folks are told “No, you cannot have this cancer procedure” they are going to try natural cures, and believe me, they do exist. But they cannot have that, thus the Codex is coming and will eventually remove all suppliments from the market, declare who is a nutritionalist (and pepsi and other companies are members of the group who will define nutrition) and so on.

I have just make myself completely symptom free of a horrid disease, it can be done, and it’s easier than you might think, the Codex must come into law, otherwise, many people would find out the pharmies have been duping them and believe me, being told no, you must die, is going to wake up alot of folks to “true” healing of the bodies terrain.
