"It is unclear how officials will execute the court's decision."

buiold tent prisons in the middle of nowhere and make them saw wood, pick up dead twigs in the forests to reduce the risk of forest fires. a 100,000 volt electric fence should keep them in.

March them up and down the highways picking up garbage, then bus them back to tent prison.

Pot hole repairs, building the mexican border fence, cleaning up all the garbage Mexicans are littering up the land with while sneaking across the border.

There are a thousand things they can do with all those prisoners besides letting them go. With any luck, half of them will run back to Mexico instead of picking up their own trash.

I’ve got the perfect spot to build a nice, new prison. San Nicolas Island. It’s about 50 miles offshore from Los Angeles. No walls or fences needed. Put the first bunchin tents and use them for building the administative buildings and the guards quarters. Supplies and equipment could be barged from Los Angeles. And if anyone wants to escape....well, that would make a nice movie plot. It would be quite a swim.
