Nonsense it is democracy at its purest.
Many congress crooks refuse to follow the wishes of their majority constituents.
Many refuse to even listen and block ANY dissent.
It is the only thing that worked in 2000 in West Palm Beach at the Board of county supervisors mangleing of the Bush Gore election.
They are simply calling the congressbastards on their lies when they spout them.
I guess, to a congressbastard, this is unexpected.
