Sounds like the beating was worse than we thought, but that’s what he gets for being a “political terrorist.” His lawyer’s promising a civil suit against the goons and possibly SEIU itself if he can prove that they were intimidating people and “starting trouble” at the union’s behest. Here’s a little something for the jury from one of their directors down in Tampa last night:
Asked earlier today about possible disruption at the event, Kim Diehl of SEIU said, “We’re prepared. We have strategies to deal with it if it should come up.”
Indeed they do. Be sure to read the boss’s post about some of the pleasantries that were exchanged this afternoon on Sebelius’s conference call with SEIU. Hint: It involves a cabinet officer of the United States government sitting silently by while a union capo accuses protesters of “terrorist tactics.”

It’s long past time to use the courts to stop this. Who would indict them; a liberal DA? Who would convict them; a liberal jury? Who would sentence them; a liberal judge?
No, no and no. We (that’s you and me and all our friends)will have to take care of it. We just have to stop waiting for someone else to step up and lead us and instead stand up and lead. The time when we could have voted a better outcome has come and gone and now we will have to fight. I am no champion of war. I hate it worse than almost anything. Anything except slavery.
With a few exceptions we have not forged our own chains. Rather we have forged them for our children and grandchildren. I look at photos of my grandparents and feel pride stirring my heart when I contemplate the sacrifices they made so I might live in comfort. My grandchildren may think of me only with loathing and disgust if I allow this thug to prevail through gangster tactics.

It saddens me very much to say that such intimidation tactics do work, and that they tend to work pretty consistently.
Dems and their union thugs have done this and much worse for many many years in the political process to great effect.
Hitler came to power not because he had the majority on his side, but because he had a minority willing to employ such tactics against his political opponents and the media.
Now that the main stream media today is compliant and giving Dems air cover 24 by 7, expect we will see much more outright intimidation tactics from the Dems and their agents.

I can’t recall any instances where our side was assaulted and their side was prosecuted. I would like to say otherwise but the libs have controlled the courts for quite a while now, and you will have a hard time prosecuting any lib in a lib friendly court.
And this is why people are mad. Justice is not a “respecter of persons,” but the equitable application of the law to everyone, regardless of money, power, or prestige.
Because the executive, judicial, and legislative branches act in disregard to the law, the USC & and the Constitution both, it seems that the Consent of the Governed is rapidly fermenting into the Dissent of the Governed.
I hope that, soon, the People of this nation will demand/enact Justice upon those ‘untouchable’ powers like John Murtha (traitor), Charlie Rangle (tax evader), and all the rest.
That was my thought too...These are Obamas and the Rabid -Lefts, Basiji.
