No, it wasn’t that bad. It was just us or them,so I put my abilities toward making sure it was us that survived. Now you all know why I am so skeptical of big business and businessmen. Ain’t no saint like a reformed sinner.
Of course, I guess I am still sinning. No telling how many bill collectors in Calcutta are still trying to figure out exactly where Jubilee Years are codified in American law.

Yes, but I had argued strongly against the investment that ended up taking four related companies down, and had predicted the collapse. Nobody’s perfect, so when the new business started and I saw the same mindset, I went a different direction.
Sure enough the same thing happened to them several years later. Luckily, I had graduated and had a new life. And new friends. But, oh the stories I could tell. (Like the nose prints on the glass door story)
