I posted this on another topic today when the slogan over the DOJ building in Washington DC was brought up. I have personally received a little of the possible treatments here in America.

I was arrested at that Department Of Justice building once, or at least taken into custody for a week or so and held in primitive conditions while being interviewed by the FBI and denied basic rights. Days of that confinement were spent hungry and cold inside the Washington Coliseum with the bulk of security supplied by uniformed soldiers with bayonets.

I should mention that I was with thousands of other American citizens at the time.
