ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin called President Barack Obama's health plan "downright evil" Friday in her first online comments since leaving office, saying in a Facebook posting that he would create a "death panel" that would deny care to the neediest Americans.
"The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama's 'death panel' so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their 'level of productivity in society,' whether they are worthy of health care," the former Republican vice presidential candidate wrote.
"Such a system is downright evil," Palin wrote on her page, which has nearly 700,000 supporters. She encouraged her supporters to be engaged in the debate.

I LOVE this!!! If the libtards really want to challenge her comments in the media then it needs to be an all out war to expose obama and his main medical guy IN THE WHITE HOUSE that advocates euthanasia for the unproductive or limiting care for the very young and very old!!!

Ed Koch agrees that a commission to decide who gets health care is unacceptable.

Or they will come up with the headline, “Sarah Palin quits on her constituents and thinks she sees Russia from her porch, and you want to trust her when it comes to health care?” I think the grassroots movement is doing just fine. She could end up being the lighting rod the Dems are looking for on this issue. Best if she doesn’t try to be the face of this in my opinion.

If anybody doubts that Dr. ObaMao's designated head of this department is a modern-day Josef Menagle, then I invite them to
read his own words here. Kudos to freeper Jeff Head for documenting it so well.

"She could end up being the lighting rod the Dems are looking for on this issue. Best if she doesnt try to be the face of this in my opinion. "
I'm sure Sarah will just curl up in a ball and shudder if the dems are looking for a lightning rod.
I think it was Palin impersonator Tina Fey who made the "see Russia from my front porch" comment, not Sarah.
"Best if she doesn't try to be the face of this..."?
This issue doesn't need a "face", it has thousands of facing raising hell at town hall meetings now, and usually when that many people take the time and trouble to show up and be heard, there are millions more cheering them on and thinking the same way.
Why WOULDN'T she want to be the "face" of this, with her recognition and influence it will get heard, and will help with the cause of defeating obamacare.
Sounds as if you're a little anti-Palin...as the only people I can think of who wouldn't want her to wade in on this, would be the democrats.

This is awesome, and only the beginning. What are they going to do, impeach her! Make something up about her or her family? They already manufactured everything they can about her, and she voluntarily stepped down as governor anyway. Go Sarah!

I disagree. I think it would be really NICE for our side to have a visible LEADER one who’s powerful enough so even the mainstream press can’t ignore their comments.
Speaking of leaders... where are OUR representatives in Congress? Why aren’t THEY setting up anti-Obama webpages, leading their OWN town hall meetings, encouraging thousands of people to show up and demonstrate against Obamacare, and coming up with ways to use those crowds to fight and intimidate the Democrats?
I realize there’s probably a 24/7 100% media blacklist on anything anyone our side might say against Obamacare (unless it’s covering the “mobs” and “Nazis” who are daring to speak out at public rallies), but somehow I would have expected our “team” in Washington to be more visible on this.

It’s war and we need a warrior, Sarah is it. She needs to stand on principle and fact like she is doing on this issue and let them have it.
