Have your meeting without him as described in the link. Invite an opponent to speak for him and have a bed in the corner with a picture of his head on a pillow....
Make fun of him. Make cartoons of him. etc etc.

He's a disgrace. Actually I can think of something positive about Kohl...He's better then that little $hit-weazel Fiengold!
He reminds me of the dormouse at Alice's mad tea party. Every once in a while he pops up and regurgitates a non sequitur then falls back to sleep. We'd do a lot better if we had 99 more like that (at least as long as they didn't all wake up at the same time!)
