Union thugs aren't helping Obama on health care

I wonder who's the genius who first thought up the idea of having a bunch of thugs all wearing the same colored shirts show up to intimidate opponents of the government.

Now I remember! It was that funny little guy with the mustache from Austria. What's his name again? I think it was "Schicklgruber" or something.

Anyway, that sort of stunt loses a little something when it crosses the Atlantic, as you can see from the above video. A gang of thugs wearing matching shirts bearing the initials of the Service Employees International Union can be seen engaging in what appears to be an attack on a person who was handing out "Don't tread on me" flags in opposition to the Obama administration's health-care plans.

The SEIU thugs have retreated. They didn't even come into their office today in St. Louis where there were anti-Obamacare protestors. For now, the coast is clear and safe for the town hall protestors.

The only unknown is whether other groups not directed or not beholden to the WH will decide to copy the SEIU's tactics.

I have an idea. Let’s all wear purple shirts, then when the goons start hitting people we can punch back and the videos will simply show all purple shirted SEIU people fighting. Just the fact everyone was wearing purple would pretty much screw them up.

Purple fits but is not slogan material. You can’t make it sound “ominous” the way a single syllable color shirt does, well not all single syllable colors work so well, either; Pink comes to mind.

I've taken jobs that I wouldn't want to put on a resume when times were tough, so I can understand why some out of luck folks might temporarily take a job as a *Stall Effluent Inspector*, but to join the *Stall Effluent Inspection Union* ~ and to have wear a T shirt in public with a pile of fellow turdnado chasers identifying what they do for a living - like no one can figure it out on their own....well, I guess I'd feel a little pissed on too.

I read they're taking their case to Adriana Huffington. Did you know that Gov. Arnold offered her a bit part in the latest Terminator's lavatory scene ~ she put's the skat in SEIU's meow.

That was what I thought, too. It's odd that he should have identified them this way. We have to be on the lookout for that color (purple). Incidentally, it's a color that was used heavily by gays and "feminists" (mostly lesbians) in the 1980s and onwards and still has heavy leftist and gay connotations.
