WHO IS THIS GUY?Who? Why he's the guy with nothing to hide. Except for someone with nothing to hide, he suuuuure is hiding a lot and spending close to $1,000,000.00 to keep it all hidden. Which for one single reason it doesn't make any sense to me. And that reason is.... Title 8 of the US Code.
The 'birthers' are jumping all over places he 'could' have been born in - from Kenya to Canada and the Constitutional requirements for being POTUS. But a specific section in Title 8 makes it all moot. And why Barry's gaggle of Lawyers haven't cited this to end it all, also beats the heck out of me.
This is what I've found. And anyone could have by now, but apparently haven't.

And for sure I didn't know what to make of Barry shelling out $1,000,000.00 to quash all the court cases. Then last week I went to The US Code which should be the final word on this. So I think it's time to move on and to fight the real dangers to our Republic that are in front of us. Not chasing phantoms and ghosts. He's POTUS now and that's that. Now let's stop him from turning America into Zimbabwe!

Nationals And Citizens Of United States At BirthThese are the pertinent sections of 'Part I' for any 'Barry's not qualified' argument. So I hate to say it but Section 1401 alone ends it. And the others confirm it. No matter where he was born he is a Natural Born Citizen as his mother was a U.S. Citizen. Annnnnd that 'Five Year Requirement for the mother' that has been mentioned ad nauseam is gone (or maybe was never there?), it is One Year, and it's cited in every section and she meets (met) it.
Section 1405. Persons Born In Hawaii
Section 1408. Nationals But Not Citizens Of The United States At Birth
Section 1409. Children Born Out Of WedlockAnd before its asked. This section of the US Code, 'codifies' the requirements that's in US Constitution. Additionally, links to every and all Court cases pertaining to 'citizen' and 'Natural Born' are also there.
And Please, no flames. I'm NOT defending him or the RATS. Just READ Title 8. And keep re-reading it. It's in DC political lawyer-speak and has to be dissected phrase by phrase and turned into English. (/s)
YES I could be wrong, I'm not a lawyer (though I've played one in court).
But in my interpretation of English, this ends it.
And thru ALL the media hype, the distraction, the attacks, the innuendo, is the population that simply says, in a calm manner:
“Mr. Obama, please provide us with a certified copy of your long form Birth Certificate, and release the information on your school records and other pertinent documentation, that will, once and for all, clear up this controversy, and allow the country to move on in a committed and cohesive manner”
This is not much to ask of the sitting President of the United States. Unless there is something to hide.
