Obama's Computer Chief Once Shoplifted 4 Shirts
ABC News ^ | March 18, 2009 | MICHAEL J. SNIFFEN

Now it can be told: The mysterious petty theft that President Barack Obama's new computer chief committed at age 21 was shoplifting four dress shirts worth $134 from J.C. Penney.

A 1996 Montgomery County, Md., police report obtained by The Associated Press on Wednesday under a public records law shows Vivek Kundra was observed by a security guard putting the men's shirts into a shopping bag and leaving the store without paying. Sgt. Tom Stanton wrote that Kundra was arrested after a brief foot chase and the property was recovered.

Kundra pleaded guilty, paid a $100 fine and $55 in court courts and was ordered to do 80 hours of community service. The White House has called a "youthful indiscretion" long ago resolved.

Anyone else note the irony - the Virginia flag is behind him with its motto ‘Sic Semper Tyrannis’ - thus always to tyrants.

This is about what you’d expect from the gang that was going to bring ethics and accountability back to government. Personally, I’m hoping that another Gary Aldrich emerges. He was the White House FBI liaision who blew the whistle on various shennanigans in the Clinton Administration.

As Mr. Aldrich described in his book, members of the Clinton team presented serious (ahem) challenges in obtaining security clearances. On their SF 86 (the basic form filled out by anyone applying for a new clearance or renewal of their existing one), some Clinton staffers admitted to drug use and/or sexual debauchery that would disqualify mere mortals (read: military personnel or civil service staffers). As you might have guessed, most of them still got their clearances.

Of course, it’s worth remembering that the current POTUS wouldn’t qualify for a security clearance as a member of the armed forces, a federal agent, or a civilian intelligence analyst. Not with his history of drug use and questionable associations.

Who hasn't committed a crime in Obama’s administration.

I believe it is a requirement to be a criminal to be in his administration.

No surprise here. More disgust. Yes, add my name to the “snitch website”! Obama is a liar. Obama is an ILLEGAL. Obama wants to murder the elderly and is emboldened through his cavalier attitude to murdering infants and the unborn. Yes, THIS is what his health care bill is about. REPORT ME!

ALL that is going on here, with the “snitch website”, is giving Obama a pass for a DICTATORSHIP! Yes, I mean a dictatorship. We are working up to the movie “1984” by George Orwell. Animal Farm by George Orwell is a good, get up to speed, book and movie to 1984. Any disagreement with the government is NOT tolerated. Intimidation, force and ignoring YOU and smearing YOU are all part of the plan.

WAKE UP AMERICA!

This is a lot less serious, IMO, that George W. Bush’s DUI... on the other hand, it’s a lot more recent.

The White House has called a "youthful indiscretion" long ago resolved.

Youthful indiscretion my A___!! He was a full grown man! "Youthful indiscretion" is when you steal candy at age 10. If he's still a thief by age 21, he's lots worse now.

Off with his head! He commited a crime when he was 21, 13 years ago, and there is no chance that he learned his lesson, paid his punishment, and became a better person! How do we know? Because he’s a DEMOCRAT! And we know that all Dems are EVIL EVIL EVIL! They never change! That is why we must hate or pity but certainly DESPISE half our fellow citizens!

We are without sin, which is why we can cast stones! They do things we abhor, so we are justified in doing similar abhorrent things!

This guy did a stupid crime against property when he was 21. He paid his dues. But cut him NO slack because:
1.) He works for Obama
2.) He is a DEmocrat.
3.) They don’t cut our guys any slack, do they?
4.) Evil stupid people like Dems never ever change or grow or do any of the other things we, the good guys, do, like feel patriotism or love for their kids or have a work ethic or believe in God etc etc

Where does all this hatred of the other half of our population get us? We are supposed to hate the sin, not the sinner, but hatred of Obama is so great that we hate the sinners now as well.

What are you proposing to do with the other half of our citizenry who are registered Dems? Because they are out there and they have won at the ballot box. And that is the way our system is supposed to be better than all the others - debate, discourse, elections. Not violent revolutions and coups and killing.

What are we going to do about the people on the other side?

Because they talk about us in the exact same language we use about them. Where is the “Common Good”?

That was a great comment and oh so appropriate.
Computer in Chief was once a Thief. He picked the right guy. Only thing we have to worry about now is how much information this guy is going to steal from our personal computers.
