When you look at a lot of issues besides health care (for example, gun control), my impression is that the hard-left constituency in the country amounts to around 25% of the population.
That is probably just about correct...Thus the 25% approval for the big “O” no matter what.
All humans have some number of flu bugs coursing around their bloodstreams, and the body generally has plenty of white blood cells to surround and expunge them. If 25% of the cells traveling around the bloodstream were hard-leftist H1N1's, that's a significant number!
