at joint house/senate conference it will go back into the bill. That's the little trick they pull on the public all the time - very dishonest bunch, they are.

see this is what I was afraid of, they are now pulling out offending parts, but going to allow the rest to pass. this is bad, because once it has its foot in the door it is all downhill.
it will never be repealed and only added to every year.
