The problem is that even if THIS committee drops it, if ANYTHING passes from both the Senate and the House, the committee that meets to get everything the same between the bills will simply ADD IT BACK IN!!!
Just say NO! Until they do tort reform, anything they do to the health care system is a sham and a power grab!!!

That became even more apparant when obama changed from “health care reform” to “health insurance reform”
Heck, they should fix medicare first.
