Well, for the enlightenment of that Dummycrat, let me point out that Obama has assumed the office of the presidency without showing anyone any bona fide documentation to demonstrate that he is a "natural born citizen," as required by the Constitution. Secondly, the alleged "constitutional scholar" couldn't give you an appropriate answer if you asked him where in the Constitution is the federal government empowered to own General Motors or Chrysler, or to dictate how health care is to be provided to the American citizenry!
An it's this same "constitutional scholar" who once railed against the US Constitution, complaining that the rights givien to Americans there were "negative" with respect to the federal government, that they restricted what government can do, whereas he'd prefer that government were mandated by the Constitution to do "positive" things to the citizers. In other words, this supposed "constitutional scholar" has no concept of what the Constitution means and would rather rip it to shreds rather than act in accordance with it.
