KNOXVILLE - Letalvis Cobbins is already confessing guilt to facilitating the murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.
During the routine reading of the indictment this morning, defense attorney Scott Green declared Cobbins guilty of the lesser charge of facilitating the January 2007 slayings.
The move comes as no surprise.
That's part of the plan by Cobbins' defenders to try not to spare him a prison term. They're trying to save his life.

Knoxville has reported over $330,000 spent on the defense of these four jokers so far by the taxpayers and they haven’t even gone to trial yet.

If either of these kids were mine I would spend my entire life’s savings to pay Aunt B’s crew to visit some serious justice on these lowlifes.

I remember Knoxville being a beautiful place back inb the fifties and sixties when we would visit my Dad’s people there. What a sewer it has become.

These poor kids died horribly to provide amusement for blacks.
These are the kind of crimes where it seems pointless to me to even have a trial for these monsters. I can’t imagine the horror the families are going to have to sit through. This case is one of the most stomach-turning I’ve ever read about. The details are haunting.
Why aren’t they using the gov’t pool of atty’s who should be on salary? Is KY paying for private atty’s?
I can’t even imagine the mental and physical terror these two suffered. Animals don’t do this to prey. Sick sick sick.
