Mr. Obama drew some of his most enthusiastic applause when he hammered away at wasteful military spending, declaring, Its simple enough. Cut the waste. Save taxpayer dollars. Support the troops.
And he also took pains to praise a hometown politician and former rival Senator John McCain, Republican of Arizona, who was traveling overseas and did not attend the event on Monday. Mr. Obama called him a great veteran, a great Arizonan and a great American who has shown the courage to stand and fight this waste.

Cut the waste...from someone who added trillions to the deficit almost overnight.
Pull my finger, Barry.

a) I read his most enthusiastic applause in the audience of 13,000 was from about 50 supporters
b) Bringing up John McCain's name to get applause at a VFW convention is like tying a pork chop around your neck to get the dog to play with you
c) Why is he railing at the VFW to cut “military waste”? Isn't that HIS job?

“Did he catch Bin Laden yet?”
And in which branch did Obama serve again? Oh wait, Libs only care about military service when a Repub is running.

What is Obama’s strategy in Afghanistan, again?
“Cut the Waste. Save the taxpayer dollar.”
LOL...as if the dollars saved won’t be spent on something completely worthless anyway. Like they would go back to the taxpayer.
