Toby often parks his semi, with his mural on the side, not 5 minutes from my house, here in Wichita, when it is not on the road.
Check out the SE corner of US 54/400 and Web road, if you are in the area. It is the old Builders Square lot.
I know his road crew probably has more to do with where the truck is parked, than Toby does.
However, he does sometimes go to a tanning salon less than 4 blocks from me.
My girlfriend has seen him there a few times, awhile back.
