As a baby boomer, I ask who are these people? My baby boomer friends are to busy and involved in life to get high. And if they are, why aren’t they sharing?
_____

They are your kid’s school teachers. Maybe the librarian at the public library. Perhaps even your attorney. Maybe your banker, or the PR guy.

I get a call periodically to sit in on the poker game my bro in law sits in on. The paragraph above is a list of their actual professions. Tokers, all of them. Boomers, all of them.

As for why they are not sharing ... maybe they don’t think you’d approve or want to join in.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but I see no benefit to illicit drugs. I have made 59 years without them. Yes, I do enjoy my scotch, wine or beer.

I think there is a “bigger picture” to life than getting high on illicit drugs. Even if they were legalized.

Thanks. I now understand why the Boomer generation is so screwed up. It all makes sense now.
