Somebody tell this screwball that Americans have always looked out for each other by being Christians and loving their neighbor.

I don’t have the first problem with having an ethical and moral obligation to look out for my fellow man. I just don’t care for it to be a legal obligation.

Exactly Nan....and somebody tell this arrogant abuser of Christain message that if he would step away from our personal lives and stop taxing everything that can been seen we could get back to the natural and loving American practice of deep charity.
We are the MOST GENEROUS NATION ON EARTH, Mr. Uhbama....and we DON'T LIKE BILLIONS OF OUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS GOING TO AN OFF SHORE DRILLING FIRM IN BRAZIL (SO THAT THEY CAN GET THE ENERGY WHEN WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRILL HERE) PARTLY OWNED BY YOUR BIGGEST DONOR...the SOCIALIST GEORGE SOROS.
You are a sick puppy, uhbama. Very sick.

WVNan:
"Somebody tell this screwball that Americans have always looked out for each other by being Christians and loving their neighbor." From the article:
"These are all fabrications that have been put out there in order to discourage people from meeting what I consider to be a core ethical and moral obligation, and that is to look out for each other."

Does he mention “sin”? I did not hear it. I did hear “bearing false witness ... but not “sin”.

Yea, Bambi like you look out for your brother in Kenya and your aunt in Boston or how about those Chicago folks stuck in the bad housing developed by your Chicago slumlord cronies. You looking out for them, ha, no.
Sure sounds like hypocrisy to me.

I don’t mind looking out for my fellow man - that’s what Christians do. But the central government is a whole different thing and should not be involved in this in any way. The all-powerful, all-encompasing government is not what Christianity is all about. That’s why Our Lord told us to render unto Caesar what was his...obviously, something pretty limited, such as the coin He was holding at that moment...and unto God what was God’s due (that is, the rest of our lives).

So what about that baby murder stuff there Hussein?
You know the part about how you support it and also demand the Gov’t to pay for these baby killings?
If I am a false witness then you sir are a stone cold murder.
And for the record, we are not the one bearing false witness.
BWT - as long as you brought up the topic of false witness, where’s that Birth Certificate at now?
