Actually liberals & demoRAT socialists NEVER live up to their own rules....and they get away with it because they break their own rules so often and teh drive-by shilling media doesn't call them on it anyway. Look at 0bozo illegally firing the Inspector General in CA and being challenged on it by the Repub senator (can't remember which one). In any case, 0bozo is simply ignoring the challenge or feedback. Likewise when that rat bastard Holder & his now corrupted Justice dept dropped the charges against the Black Panthers in Philadelphia for carrying billy clubs outside a voting booth. After being challenged on it again by the GOP and ordered to provide documentation as to why the lawsuit was dropped.... Holder & his band of thugs are simply ignoring the request, again aided by the left wing media hacks.
If GW Bush had done even 5% of what 0bozo has done in the past 8 months, there were be an outcry so deafening and impeachment hearings would already be in process. 0bozo & his demoRAT cronies get a free pass for every thing they do. That is why I think it is inevitable that it needs to come down to armed confrontation (CW 2) to remove these socialist bastards once & for all.

Many members of congress don’t want to hear from anyone outside of their district. Besides, they want you to provide your own info, not somebody else’s.
Sorry, not buying it... I’m sure Congressmen collect information on their Constituents who write to them. For instance, I had contacted Rep. Obey regarding the AIG bonus law they were trying to pass. Obey (a few months later) sent me a packet in the mail containing a study that had been done by a committee in the House of Reps detailing specifically what was included in the bill itself and why the “lawyers” said it WASN’T Unconstitutional... As for the packet itself — 20 pages at least, and in a Manilla Envelope (Legal Size). Freaked me out at first, but I did appreciate the information even though I disagreed with it...
But, that is NOT what is happening here with the WHITE HOUSE/Executive Branch collecting information as they have done with the Flag@WhiteHouse.gov email address. All I have to say is that someone had BETTER have saved all those emails (or it’s a violation of ANOTHER law regarding correspondances to the White House being preserved in the National Archives).
No matter which way you look at it, this was MUCH different than Congresspersons collecting information from communication to their offices in order to CORRESPOND with their Constituents... That is their JOB. It is NOT the job of the Executive Branch to compile lists of citizens for or against certain efforts ongoing. And ESPECIALLY when it’s set up as it was — a “snitch” line...
The DNC and Obama are in hot water, whether they want to admit it or not... I just hope to God the Republicans are biding their time in regards to calling for prosecutions or special investigations. Perhaps this crime isn’t “Big Enough” for them to call him out on it, but could be part of a much bigger ongoing effort to document all the things he’s done so far... I’m pretty sure that’s all wishful thinking. The GOP members themselves are NOT immune to blackmail - and it’s my personal theory that if you’ve gotten to DC, there is SOMETHING they’ve got on you SOMEWHERE...
