A Healthcare Reform bill before our congress-critters who have no idea what's actually in the bill. They haven't read it which raises the question... WHO wrote the bill?

Our critters in Washington have demonstrated that they don't have the intellect to write or comprehend the bill.

The same people who always write "the bill". Usually a task force consisting from aides to legislators (Representatives and Senators) and various Special Interests Groups that have a financial or ideological interest in the bill.

Then they adjust the "flavor" by adding "special seasoning" to taste, for those whose votes they need to pass. That's how all "sausages" get made. Whether the bill passes or not depends on mix of ideology and financial incentives.

We have begun research on that question. We hope to name names of those who had a major part. The Committes are given credit but we hope to find who actually did the grunt work the Chairmen are taking credit for.

So far it appears there is a wide web of leftists individuals inputting to legal weanies who transform the input to gobbledygook
