Even if they were, a Second Civil War would involve millions of men and women in uniform having to choose between the People and the Liberal Messiah.

Something on the order of a second Civil War, or a nationwide armed rebellion would present an almost unprecedented conundrum for the military.
It's my view that most military personnel would choose to uphold their oaths to the Constitution, and side with The People.
