CAIRO, Aug. 24 (AP) - (Kyodo)Twenty people were killed and 10 wounded as bombs planted on two buses exploded in the southern Iraqi town of Kut on Monday, news media reported.

Seems that the Iraqis are not fully prepared to take on their own security operations. Or...this is the normal that they seek.
Pathetic. Even after all the blood spilled in the quest for their freedom, they can’t seem to get it together.
