This is not a problem. Government will get doctors from abroad. There are plenty of Pakistani and Indian doctors who would love to work for government wages and won't have any problems treating patients the way the government directs.
If you think it can't or won't happen, think again.
For example, some years ago New York State mental institutions were full of foreign doctors who could barely speak English. Most of the institutions are closed down now, but they never had any problem getting foreign doctors although they had trouble getting American doctors who would work in those conditions.
Am I right about that?
If so....I can't imagine the hassles have gotten better.
You know nothing........IF you truly think Doc's are just going to get on their knees for the Democrats....
Yes, it was written in 1998, and yes things are as bad, if not worse.
Here is another recent example of health care hassles
Doctors are getting fed up with all the government interference with the practice of medicine and the cuts in reimbursement. Now the new legislation will translate into a 25-30% paycut for many physicians. I predict that there will soon be no incentive for anyone with a brain to go into medicine, when they could have better hours, better family lives, and better pay, pursuing another occupation. After all, medicine currently (won't be like this long) is a highly competitve field, and most medical students have excelled in undergraduate studies, and have the intelligence and drive to succeed in many other professions.
LOL!!
Exactly..!!
Agreed..........
