Witnesses told police the homeowner scuffled with the intruder before striking him in the head with a tire iron. The suspected intruder was taken to a local hospital, where he died. Yeah, they can't do much for you at the hospital when you leave half your brain on someone's welcome mat.

Up north they call them crow bars! When i moved south years ago had to get used to calling the tool a tire iron. In any event it certainly ‘lugged a nut’ albeit in an alternative green carbonless manner.
