The grieving mothers of a slain Brooklyn Marine and his wife have won the support of the Polish government in their push for a face-to-face meeting with President Obama.
A top Polish official urged the U.S. ambassador in Warsaw to "employ all your personal and institutional authority" to make it happen, according to a letter obtained by The News.
An Obama sitdown with the mothers of Sgt. Jan Pawel Pietrzak and his slain wife, Quiana, would be an expression of "solidarity of Poles and Americans united together against violations of human dignity," civil rights commissioner Janusz Kochanowski wrote to U.S. Ambassador Victor Ashe.
The Pietrzaks were murdered on Oct. 15 in their California home allegedly by four other Marines.
An Iraq War veteran, Pietrzak was born in Poland and raised in Brooklyn. His wife was African-American.
Police said she was sexually assaulted in front of her hog-tied husband before they both were killed.
Cops say robbery was the motive, even though the killers left behind racist remarks about the interracial couple.
Kochanowski's appeal came after the heartbroken mothers wrote their own letter to Obama, saying they want to "talk how the sacrifice of Jan Pawel and Quiana could unite us."
The White House has not yet responded to their request.

That is chilling. Robbery was the primary motive? I think not.
Surely this qualifies as a “hate crime”?
If they think Obama cares about a dead Marine, they are sadly mistaken.
Nah, no hate crime. The Knoxville case has set the bar so high on hate crimes that there can never be another.......right? Plus, he is white, and we all know there is no such thing as a hate crime against whites.
This was a hideous crime and I doubt that robbery was the motive. But the thing that is really disgusting is Obama’s non-response to it. Heck, I guess it was just a Marine, and he was white, on top of it, and his black wife was just collateral damage. She shouldn’t have been married to the white guy in any case, in Obama’s disgusting excuse for a mind.
Obama is a raving, hate-filled racist. ONe of the reasons that he is so bad is that he himself is only marginally “black” - that is, he shares none of the African-American experience and he even looks like a white guy with a suntan - but on the other hand, he has built his entire career and constructed his identity on this false claim to being black or African American. The result is that he knows it’s a very fragile claim, and all it would take would be for a few real black Americans to say, “wait a minute, who is this guy?” and it would all be over for him. He thinks that by protecting black criminals and displaying open animosity towards whites, he is also protecting his standing with black Americans.
Well, now I have a hint about that question.
The Polish government is "acting stupidly." Obviously profiling and exhibiting racism.
Don't they know the liberal African-American position; to wit, black on white crime is not "violations of human dignity" it's a natural reaction to 400,000,000,000,000 years of oppression -- and perhaps even more important the young woman was a traitor to her race.
I wonder whether it is being tried in military court or civilian court — do you know? Do they have the death penalty in military court for murder?
