In the old days ( before Obama ) then yes. These days you never know how things will come down considering the left just ignores laws and rules that are inconvenient to them.

Well, obviously, according to the New Obama Constitution of 2009, there will be a "CIA Czar" appointed, who will not need Senate confirmation like any of the other 36 Czars. Soon to follow will be the new FBI Czar. At some point, when Obama appoints a "Congress Czar" to direct things over there, the Democrats over there will see what they helped put in place.

... but they won't be able to do anything about it.

Obama will instead create a “CIA Czar” so he can bypass the whole senate confirmation thingy.
