LOL ... Station WBAP (50 KW in Dallas, Ft. Worth) has done this once or twice. Plus, the board op in the past sometimes forgot to bring the program audio level back to where they should be after a break! They have been better the last couple of years though ...Plus about once a year the dumbasses apparently are drunk or something, as they will start playing the show from the day before
Mention these 'facts' on a radio board though and - starts a war! Board ops seem to stand up for each other.
