My understanding of why he didn’t is that acceptance of the pardon would have meant that Scooter would have to admit guilt per Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution which would prevent an appeal.

Obama is partnered with the aclu to make the United States more vulnerable to a massive enemy attack. One has to ask is that his goal so he can impose martial law and take over as a dictator?? I know that sound preposterous but his actions speak louder than words. God help the United States.

I see the task as this: When (not if) we’re invaded by Islamofascists, those of us who manage to capture some of their ubiquitous RPGs should see that one is launched straight through the front door of their nearest ACLU office.
Of course this presumes that Obama and his Tammany Hall staff don’t confiscate our weapons before then. The ACLU long ago proved themselves to be an enemy of the American people, just like the dimlibs.
