SHE DID NOT DROWN. She lived for hours, using up the oxygen in an air pocket in the overturned car. There was no water in her lungs. She died a slow, painful death by asphyxiation.
Most important: She was alive during the hours Kennedy spent walking past a house with a light on, calling lawyers, fabricating an alibi (which failed when the car was discovered), etc.
I have been predicting that Archbishop Sean O’Malley would be discovered hiding in a linen closet the week of Kennedy’s funeral. I was wrong. Archbishop O’Malley will be in Denver, for “a family wedding.” I wonder whose family in Denver was recruited to “invite” O’Malley.
Meanwhile, the priests at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Basilica in Boston are all a-twitter, hosting the “Catholic” funeral of the most famous baby-murderer in the world.
I was just listening to the Howie Carr show here in Boston. He said someone hung a bed sheet on one of the overpasses between Cranston and Providence, RI on RTE. 95 this morning (they got it inside the fencing so it was harder to take down). It said “REMEMBER MARY JO”.
