But some skeptics say regulating carbon dioxide, a byproduct of burning fossil fuels, may be a difficult task, especially since people emit carbon dioxide with every breath.

Tulips are the answer. We need everybody to buy and plant tulip bulbs. As demand increases we will all get rich and be able to pay for increased energy prices to bury all the harmfull CO2. We can turn it into dry ice and store it underground..we can comress it into recycled aluminum cans and store it in foreclosed houses.
Every single living organism exhales CO2. How does the EPA intend to stop that process?

The government promises extravagant enforcement of “standard of living” alimonies (aka costly air bags auto regs, FDA requirements and other “child” supports) but then restricts carbon emissions as a catch22 to such promise when it is forced to deliver after nationalization.
Me think the government wants an excuse to deliver nothing once it takes everything over in the name of delivering to all.
It’s perfectly logical for idiots to promise idiocy, I suppose.
