Where's this going?

Under UCMJ, he's up for an Article 32 for intentions of missing movement and insubordination, maybe more. But this is one of another challages before civilian courts questioning legitamacy of the Chain of Command....to the top.

I wish him well.

Godspeed, Orly Taitz.

You mean Dr Rhodes. Dr Taitz deserves kudos for her willingness to take on the COLB issue, but it is Dr Rhodes that has the HUGE pair of ovaries.

Thanks for the heads up.

Next time I'll read past the rank and speciality.

It's a Navy thing, ya know.

Keep up the pressure. I wish her well. May God protect her against Obama’s dirty tricks.

Thanks for the Ping. The DoD will rescind his orders, like in the pasts. Once that is done, he will have no standing. Don’t worry, the orders will be gone before it goes to court.

No doubt, Dr. Rhodes is courageous beyond measure for stepping up like this, but I really did mean to give those kudos to Orly Taitz.

No one else, and I do me NO ONE else in this country has so fearlessly, and relentlessly challenged the Marxist usurper on the eligibility issue like Orly Taitz has.

Last time the officer volunteered for deployment, then filed suit after orders issued....not so here, as far as I can tell from the pleadings.

Because Dr. Taitz has "lived the adventure" in Soviet Russia and doesn't want to see a repeat of it here.

Got a link or at least a citation for that quote?

Very interesting. Besides:

Both were born outside the country — Obama in Indonesia, Duckworth in Thailand — and graduated from high school in Honolulu — Punahou and McKinley, respectively.

There is

“The big thing for me is that I’m a McKinley High grad,” said Duckworth. “That gives you a lot of street creds. I wasn’t a rich kid.”

Which implies that the Punahou kids were "rich kids", although we know Obama's mother didn't believe in money and his grandparents were a furniture salesman and a bank paper pusher.

Last time the officer volunteered for deployment, filed his suit after he was was ordered to go, then the DoD simply rescinded the orders......here, at least from the pleadings, it doesn’t appear the officer volunteered for deployment.

We’ll see.

Yes, I see your point. However, He being on active duty was still given deployment orders. I have a feeling that those new orders will be rescinded. I still think that his orders can change in a moments notice.

Yeah, I knew about this coming down the pike a few days ago. Over time, each filing will start chipping away until it becomes an avalanche. And if DA revokes her orders like they did to me, then it’s REALLY open season - if you know what I mean.

Here is the link.

http://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/2006/Jan/08/ln/FP601080334.html

On the long Uh Oh thread there was once a picture from a yearbook or local news article that named the persons in the photo.

“Barry Obama from Africa”

I have searched and searched, but cannot find it now.

***orders can change in a moments notice.***

True, but a lot of eyes will be watching. And Obama won’t like being challenged again, and particularly by a female officer.

Right Michelle?
