I don’t know if it was originalbuckeye or some other FR poster but someone had an artist’s rendition on another recent post showing the position of the body in the car when it was recovered. It was fairly clear from the drawing the car was upside down and she was trying to get her last breath from a probable air-pocket.
Which really makes you go hmmmm b/c that would mean presumably no doors or other escape route from the car was apparent to MaryJo. Just how did the driver escape?
All of this can only derive from diver/rescuer Farrar's observations. About this, earlier this morning, I wrote in semi-private email:
None of this makes any sense. No one ever saw the Hahvid Exam Stah with wet clothing. He supposedly wasn't a very good swimmer. She supposedly was. She supposedly had the presence of mind to find an air pocket, but not to make exploratory forays to open a window and try to escape. I'm not suggesting that Farrar is making things up, but he could be mistaken about the whole air pocket thing; and that notion has to be his alone. There was no autopsy.ML/NJI very much doubt that Kennedy was in the car at all. My speculation is that he either outright murdered her by setting the car in motion with Mary Jo in it not very conscious, and Kennedy not. Or that one of his friends was the driver/murderer and Kennedy had to become involved because he owed the friend big-time, and he was the only only one who could get the body off the island and out of the State without having an autopsy performed. There were phone records showing at least several Kennedy credit card calls that night. Something was being set up and agreed to.
