Secular humanism is baseless when it comes to defining WHY things are the way they are. It falsely holds that nature (the world of everyday physical experience) is all there is, while simultaneously being totally incapable of explaining WHY nature came to exist. Reliable knowledge is best obtained when we query nature using the scientific method, but as far as WHY natural order is the way it is? Nah, can't quite answer that one. Naturalism FALSELY asserts that supernatural entities like God do not exist, and WRONGLY warns us that knowledge gained without appeal to the natural world and without impartial review by multiple observers is unreliable.
That's right. Your life is meaningless and totally without purpose, right?
Right.

I was simply describing Secular Humanism, not defending it. When I pointed out that Secular Humanists don't believe in Satan, you said,
"Don't kid yourself". In support of my assertion, I reprinted the definition of Secular Humanism from the Council for Secular Humanism, which explicitly asserts the non-existence of supernatural entities such as Satan.
Why are you asserting that they do believe in Satan?

Sorry, it was another poster who made the “don’t kid yourself” comment. Please accept my apologies for the mixup.
