This is truly getting to be more than simply fear...the Obama administration is an administration of thugs and thuggery...oh, how I long for the days of the past, when United States Presidents had the quality of respect for people and respect and understanding of the freedom of people to work for themselves, their families, their communities...all this with a minimum of interference from government. Americans must find, run and elect a person with character...a strong character of moral principle to be our president and not a racist thug with a racist atheistic socialist secular administration.

Cheney called a reporter an a**hole. He didn't call all members of the Democratic party a**holes. This President ran on a platform wherein he promised to stop the partisan bickering, to heal the divisions & put an end to business as usual in DC & to bring everybody together for the common good.

Instead he's packed his administration with hyperpartisan race-baiting cronies who gleefully stick their crooked collective thumbs in the opposition's eye every opportunity the President gives them to do so. Barack Obama himself cut Republicans out of meaningful negotiations on both the 'stimulus' and healthcare and gratuitously insults anybody who even looks cock-eyed at his agenda as a racist.

So it's not the fact that his hand-picked aides are running around the country slurring the opposition per se. It's the President's breathtaking hypocrisy & the blatant abandonment by this Adminsitration of a key component of what was (for many independent voters, at least) Barack Obama's most trumpeted campaign promise.

Presumably the word "noetic" is from the Greek noesis meaning intelligence or thought (from nous, mind).
