So did one of mine. Exact same sentence. I commented on it, too. I said, “No one in this country is dying because they can’t afford health care. If you can get to an ER, you will get treated whether you can afford to pay or not - IT’S THE LAW.”
I said that I would like it if someone would pay my expenses, too, and I volunteered to send all my medical bills to the one who posted the assinine message.
It created an interesting response!
The whole thing may not be going over too well. One of my liberal friends changed it to “Nobody’s cat should...”
